Rhino Lock offers a 12-month manufacturer repair or replacement warranty for mechanical defects, provided the product has been used in accordance with its instructions.

For Glow Black (Rhino-0025) and Glow Grey (Rhino-0026), this warranty covers the whole key safe, including the light and electronics. The replaceable CR2032 battery is a consumable for you to replace and is not covered by this warranty.

Bought from rhinolock.co.uk? Your purchase includes this warranty. To make a claim, email support@rhinolock.co.uk.

Bought from another retailer, such as Amazon, eBay or B&Q? To register for the same manufacturer warranty, email your proof of purchase to support@rhinolock.co.uk within 28 days of purchase. This allows us to register your purchase.

If you need to make a claim for a product bought from another retailer, contact that retailer first. If they cannot resolve the issue, contact our support team for further assistance.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
